Twilio Resolves Subaccount Voice Insights Advanced Features Inheritance Bug Twilio has addressed a technical issue affecting subaccount configuration for Voice Insights Advanced Features. Between September 1, 2025, and January 9, 2026, newly created subaccounts did not automatically inherit Advanced Features from their parent account, despite the parent account having the feature enabled. Customers who created subaccounts during this period can now manually enable the Advanced Features through the Twilio Console's Subaccounts tab in Voice Insights Settings or by using the Voice Insights Settings API.
