WhatsApp Usernames with Business Scoped User ID (BSUID)

Twilio is introducing a new WhatsApp feature that allows users to hide their phone numbers and use usernames when communicating with businesses, with a new Business Scoped User ID (BSUID) to identify users in webhook payloads.
